This special Award, sponsored by the Digital Challenge Inclusion Network, seeks innovative projects which demonstrate good practice in third sector/local authority partnerships.
To be considered for this Award, partnership projects must focus on the use of ICT to improve the lives of one or more socially excluded group.

Judges’ comment: “An affordable and flexible solution, allowing small organisations to take control of their own web content without needing to use web design companies or complex web design software.”
